2-Customized Project Solutions Terms

4- Our Purchase Policy
-We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality and innovative CPP and AI-generated content- Script to our customers. To ensure a smooth purchasing process and protect the integrity of our products, we require each customer to obtain a Policy Pass for each CPP they wish to purchase. These Policy Passes outline the terms and conditions specific to each product and must be agreed upon before proceeding to the purchase gateway. By agreeing to our policies, you can choose to access the purchase gateway.
-By reaching the payment gateway of the relatable product and purchasing the package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the relevant agreement. Your purchase acts as your legal signature and constitutes a binding agreement to these terms and conditions.
-In alignment with our copyright protection measures, our products are sold through a series of deliberate actions designed to secure the exclusivity and originality of our content. When purchasing any of our access cards or policy passes, you are granted offers and exclusive access that are solely for you, the original buyer. Reselling, transferring, sharing, or distributing any of these materials and/or their associated access links without express authorization is a direct violation of our terms and will incur legal consequences. -Third-Party Involvement 2024 (Etsy Showroom Launch Notice): With the year 2024, we have launched a new showroom on Etsy. -Overview: Our Policy Pass for Joining Our Lists service is designed to provide subscribers with exclusive access to updates on new CPPs or AI copyright product releases ahead of the general public. By subscribing to our lists, subscribers can reserve their spots and be among the first to access newly released CPPs or purchase specific AI copyright products.
-Subscription Requirements: Subscribers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when subscribing to our lists. Any changes to the subscription details must be communicated to us promptly.
-Ethical Use: Subscribers agree to use the information provided through our lists solely for legal and ethical purposes. Misuse of the information or violation of these terms may result in termination of the subscription.
-Subscription Agreement: By subscribing to our lists and making the associated payments, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the relevant Policy Pass. The act of subscribing and making payment serves as the subscriber’s legal signature and constitutes a binding agreement to these terms and conditions.

6- GPT Usage Subscription Policy:
At AI Next Innovation, we provide a diverse range of Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) tools designed to enhance and streamline your creative and operational processes. Our GPT offerings fall into two primary categories: free GPTs and specialized subscription-based GPTs. Below, we detail the terms and conditions associated with each category to ensure clear understanding and compliance.
Free GPT Offerings:
– Our website features a selection of GPTs that are freely available for use without the need for a subscription. These include various tools designed to foster creativity and efficiency in a range of tasks.

Termination:
This license is effective upon subscribing to our GPT services and remains valid provided that the subscriber adheres to the terms outlined in the policy pass and the OpenAI terms of use. AI Next Innovation reserves the right to terminate the subscription and take legal action if these terms are violated. Upon termination, subscribers must discontinue all use of the GPT services. Note: AI Next Innovation is not responsible for and does not take on the liability of subscribers failing to comply with OpenAI’s terms of use. Subscribers must address any disputes or issues directly with OpenAI.
7- Customized GPT Models Terms:

CPP Policy pass
-Each policy pass serves multiple purposes:
It acts as an information guide for customers before making a specific purchase.
Every policy pass offers an exclusive support channel specifically for pre-purchase inquiries, available only to those who have a policy pass.
The policy pass contains the license agreement for the relevant product or subscription service. This ensures that customers are aware of and agree to our terms and conditions before using the product or service.
-Purchasing a policy pass signifies the customer’s understanding and acceptance of the terms. By completing a transaction for our products or subscriptions, customers explicitly acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions, as well as the license agreement specified in the policy pass.
-While we can’t always control how individuals access purchase links without a Policy Pass, any payment for a product is considered a legal signature on its license agreement, allowing us to take necessary legal actions if required.
Specialized Policy Passes
In addition to our CPP policy pass, we offer specialized policy passes tailored to our other products:
– GPT Subscription Policy Pass: This pass covers the terms and conditions for using our specialized GPT products. It includes the license agreement, usage guidelines, and support details specific to the GPT subscription.
– AINI Appetizers Usage Policy Pass: Tailored for customers purchasing our AINI Appetizers, this pass details the license agreement, usage restrictions, creative rights, and guidelines for adapting and distributing the Appetizers.
Each policy pass is designed to ensure our customers are well-informed and in agreement with the terms specific to the product they are purchasing.
Access Cards
–Access Cards are neither a primary product nor central to our purchase and copyright policy. However, agreement to our terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy, is mandatory before any purchase, including Access Cards.
-The name “Access Card” reflects its function: it offers a glimpse into the corresponding policy pass. These cards don’t provide extensive details about the product and don’t come with a separate license agreement. They are designed for a brief overview without needing to explore or agree to the complete license agreement.
-Given AI Next Innovation’s pioneering role in AI-based solutions and our commitment to broadening opportunities in the AI field. These cards serve as a method we use to showcase and simplify for everyone the vast potential of AI and spread knowledge about AI. We emphasize the purpose of access cards at the top of its page. Payment Policy
Pricing:
- Services: Pricing for services provided by [AI Next Innovation] will be communicated to the client via email. An invoice, powered by Stripe, will be sent accordingly.
- CPPs: For our CPPs, pricing information will be clearly stated in each relevant Policy Pass.
- Changes: We reserve the right to change the pricing and payment options at any time without notice.
Payment Methods:
- Invoiced Services: Payment for services that are invoiced is due upon receipt. Failure to make payment in a timely manner may result in a delay in services. For customized prompt services, customized CPPs, and consultation sessions, payment must be made before the session or service is provided.
- Online Purchases: For digital products and CPPs available for purchase directly on our website, payment is handled securely through SendOwl and Stripe.
Subscription Payment Policy:
1-Subscriptions to our list:
All our subscriptions are on a monthly basis; we do not offer long-term subscription plans. Upon successful payment, subscribers will receive the service as described in the relevant Policy Pass agreement. Subscribers have the flexibility to discontinue the service at any point. However, even if the service is terminated by the subscriber, it will continue to be provided until the end of the already-paid payment cycle. We do not provide refunds for any unused portion of the subscription. The subscriber will continue to receive the service that was initially paid for until the end of that payment cycle.

2- Subscribing to Our GPTs:
When subscribing to one of our GPTs, you’re required to be an active user with a paid subscription plan on the OpenAI platform. For comprehensive understanding and adherence to terms, please ensure to review and agree to OpenAI’s terms and conditions and privacy policy, as your use of our GPTs will be governed by these policies in addition to our own.
Note that utilizing our free GPTs available in the OpenAI GPT store does not require a separate subscription; they are readily accessible at no additional cost on the OpenAI paid subscription.
Refund Policy: All sales of our digital services, digital products, CPPs, consultation sessions, and GPT’s subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds or accept cancellations. This policy is in place to protect our intellectual property rights and to ensure the highest level of service quality. Once a session or service is booked or a digital product is purchased, it cannot be refunded, given the time and expertise invested in its provision.
Chargebacks: If a client/customer initiates a chargeback, we reserve the right to dispute it and recover the payment owed for services rendered or products sold. The client/customer will be responsible for any fees or costs associated with the chargeback process.
Etsy Payments: When making a purchase through our Etsy showroom, please note that Etsy’s own payment policies apply. Etsy offers various payment options and handles all transactional aspects according to their policies. Terms of Use for CPPs (ChatGPT Prompt Packages)
Please be aware that the following “CPP Terms of Use” also apply to all other products provided by AI Next Innovation, including but not limited to AI-generated content and script products. We urge all users to carefully read and understand these terms before using or engaging with any of our offerings.
1-CPP Code and Product Integration:
- At AI Next Innovation, the term CPP is applicable to all our offerings, be it ChatGPT Prompt Packages or AI-generated content scripts.
- Each CPP is given a unique identification code, such as CPP#1111. This code is prominently displayed at the top of its corresponding Policy Pass page and on the license agreement page. It serves to link the policy pass with its relevant product and confirms the customer’s acceptance of its terms before proceeding with the purchase.
2- Policy Pass Terms:
- Each CPP has its own specific terms and conditions outlined as a license agreement in the corresponding policy pass. These specific terms are in addition to, and not in lieu of, our general terms and conditions. By using the CPP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to both these general terms and the terms specified in the relevant policy pass
- By using the CPP, you agree to abide by and comply with all the terms, conditions, and guidelines specified in the relevant policy pass.
- These terms may include restrictions, permissions, and usage rights pertaining to the specific CPP service.
- In the event of a violation of our policy, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action to protect our rights and interests.
3- Compliance with OpenAI Terms of Use and Third-Party Platforms:
- As our CPPs primarily rely on ChatGPT, users are expected to refer to and comply with the terms and conditions set forth by OpenAI.
- It is important to note that any third-party software, services, or products used in connection with our CPPs are subject to their own terms and conditions.
- We are not responsible for any third-party products, and it is the user’s responsibility to understand and comply with the terms of use of these platforms.
4-Disclosure and Similarity of Content:
- Our CPP services utilize advanced machine-learning techniques to generate prompts.
- Due to the nature of machine learning, the generated output may not be unique to individual users.
- Similar prompts may yield similar responses across different users.

- While we strive to offer diverse choices, the uniqueness of results may vary based on individual creativity and preferences.

5-Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights:
5.1. AI Next Innovation Intellectual Property:
AI-generated scripts, prompts, and any related content provided directly by AI Next Innovation, as expressly outlined in each policy pass, are protected by copyright laws and remain the exclusive property of AI Next Innovation.
5.2. User-Generated Content:
-AI-Generated Scripts: Any script or content generated by users through the application of our prompts is deemed the original work of the respective user and is their sole property. This includes any text produced by interfacing with ChatGPT, whether it’s used as a story, copywriting piece, a description for an image that an AI can then visualize, or any other text-based content such as lyrics for music, video scripts, etc.
-Other AI-Generated Content: All images, videos, or other media generated by users using our prompts are recognized as the original work and exclusive property of the respective users.
5.3. Proprietary CPP Tools and Resources:
All our proprietary CPP tools and resources, including the CPP-User Guide, the Launchpad Guide, and the CPP Handbook, are protected by copyright laws and remain the exclusive property of AI Next Innovation.
5.4. Disclaimer on Rights:
AI Next Innovation does not assert ownership or any rights over the content independently generated by users utilizing our prompts.
5.5. Liability for User-Generated Content:
AI Next Innovation bears no responsibility or liability for the content generated by users. Users are solely accountable for the content they produce and any consequences that may arise from its use or dissemination.
6-Disclaimer Regarding Association with OpenAI:
